Spent the week over on the East Coast, stayed in Havelock North. I'm a kiwi, for those who don't know, so the trip from West coast to East coast only takes about three hours. That's driving.

Went swimming, and LaserTagging, and to the Chocolate factory. That was definitely a highlight.

Gave blood today. That's the short of it.

The long (er) part is that I nearly (but not quite) fainted. Got a bit dizzy, but at least I didn't faint, like one boy in my class happened to do. Nasty. Last time, my school of 1350 kids had 78 donations, and when you consider that a majority are under 16 years of age, that's a phenominal turnout. I'm ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'm starting to get the hang of LJ now. Sorta.

Anyway, ahve spent most of the day on the 'puter, although not writing the things I was supposed to be writing, like my half of the Max/ari/maxclone fic that I'm supposed to.

However, I managed four chapters of Ruins (featuring Alcoholiccrazy!Max) and my short Tess Oneshot.
